A fundamental concept cannot be put into practice without a theoretical framework.
“ Imam’s concept of justice,” along with other fundamental concepts in Imam Khomeini’s thought, have not yet been properly transformed into a governance model. One of the roots of this problem is the failure to develop these concepts into coherent theories.
The Institute for Compilation and Publication of Imam Khomeini’s Works is currently developing policy packages and a people-centered governance framework based on the Imam’s perspective, so that these discussions can be presented to senior policymaking councils.
