A society’s successful navigation of crises and its attainment of major achievements are often accompanied by a dangerous sociological pitfall: "post-victory hubris" and the onset of internal score-settling. In such a climate, the line between constructive criticism and destructive behavior blurs, and efforts to undermine the country’s executive structure become rationalized.
Imam Khomeini issued an explicit and decisive warning about this very malady — a precise diagnosis of a perennial threat: When the "friendly camp" becomes mired in bickering, in undermining the government, and in polarization, the defeated enemy — in silence — is busy regrouping and regaining its strength.
Preserving national cohesion and avoiding fragmentation is not merely a moral recommendation. It is an absolute prerequisite for survival and for preventing "political suicide."

Meanwhile, our adversary is like a defeated army that, through careful planning and scheming, is quietly rebuilding and preparing its forces. These internal divisions are self-destructive and, God forbid, could reverse the progress of the movement
