It has been recalled through a series of memoirs that Imam never wanted individuals to wait for him or form a queue outside the his house or office during the holy month of Ramadan, beacause he deemed it could cause their inconvenience or waste of time.
Imam on several occasions used to directly attend or address the people’s problem and recommend for the suitable solution
It is also worth-mentioning that Imam used to cancel all official or non-official meetings during Ramadan to concentrate on divine worship and reciting the holy Quran and supplications narrated by infallibles.
