Imam also believed that with higher turnout, numerous conspiricies hatched by the foes and enemies can be foiled and nullified.
In addition, Imam also stressed the need to be best candidate to be elected among the hopefuls.
It is worthy to mention that Iran has held several parliamentary, city councils, presidential and assembly of experts' elections.
