Seminaries start new academic year

Seminaries across Iran have started new academic year during a recently-held ceremony which was attended by daughter of Imam Khomeini.

The ceremony was attended by Farideh Mostafavi Khomeini, the daughter of the founder of the Islamic Republic.


They holy Iranian cities of Qom and Mashhad and several other societies have top caliber of seminaries which are equipped with libraries, high-tech classroom and dormitories of high-class standards.


Several students from across Iran and the globe are gaining knowledge of religious and worldly affairs.


The Iranian seminary scholars conduct researches on social, cultural, religious and spiritual issues.


Quranic sciences, Hadith studies, divinity, theology, philosophy, mysticism, jurisprudence are among the subject taught at the seminaries.


The Islamic seminaries made significant progress following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in 1979 under the wise leadership of Imam Khomeini.
